  • EP BIKES GROUP is a Sole Trading institution in Edinburgh (UK)  that has been trading since 2014. Our HQ is located at South Gyle Crescent Edinburgh EH12 9EB, United Kingdom. We comply fully with UK law relating to mail order companies and distance selling regulations. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and we welcome your feedback if we fail to meet your expectations in any way. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING COSTS

  • UK delivery time for parts and accessories is stated at 5-7 working days, bikes are delivered usually within 7 - 10 working days. There is a range of worldwide delivery options available and schedules vary depending on the destination. For sales outside of the EU, there may be customs/import duties to pay depending on the value of the goods – these are the responsibility of the customer. Please note there are restrictions on all shipping types, for full details please see our delivery page for more details.

  • Please note that our mailing partners do not perform collections on Bank Holidays and this may impact your delivery time is selecting a priority shipping service.

ORDERS

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

    Orders that are placed by yourself at EP BIKES GROUP will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. Any automated acknowledgment of your order received from us does not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods on the website. The contract between ourselves, EP BIKES GROUP and the buyer is concluded when we (i) take payment or (ii) dispatch the goods, whichever is the latter.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit Card

    You can pay with the following cards:

    MasterCard Switch/Maestro Visa Visa Electron Select ‘Credit / Debit Card’ at the checkout to pay by credit or debit card.

    Payment will be taken at the point of purchase.

    PayPal

    Select PayPal at checkout and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be taken to PayPal where you can choose your PayPal funding source – this will then be used to pay for your order.

    You will be redirected back to EP BIKES GROUP once your PayPal transaction is complete to our Confirmation Page. You will then receive 2 emails confirming your order, one from EP BIKES GROUP and the second from PayPal.

    Vulnerable Persons Policy

    At EP BIKES GROUP, we understand the importance for our customers to receive the appropriate information about the products and ways of purchase that we offer to enable them to make an informed decision. Entering into a purchase, using any payment method with its respective terms and conditions can involve a financial commitment, so it is considered crucial at EP BIKES GROUP that our customers fully understand their obligations when purchasing. There are occasions when someone who, due to their personal circumstances, may be vulnerable and therefore especially susceptible to detriment. We therefore need to ensure that we consider the circumstances of each individual and during our dealings with them, tailor our approach, removing any barriers that restrict the customer from accessing our products and achieving a satisfactory outcome.

    Recognising vulnerability

    We realise that a customer may be vulnerable or potentially vulnerable for various reasons and these may include mental or physical infirmity, age, credulity, addiction, a recent change in circumstances, new to finance commitments or a particular finance product, learning difficulties, illiteracy and/or there are challenges communicating. The reason for the vulnerability could be permanent or a temporary situation. Our colleagues are trained to ask our customers questions and to actively listen to responses to recognise for patterns which could indicate if a customer is potentially vulnerable.

  • Whilst we appreciate you may change your mind about an order, we are unable to edit or cancel orders that are placed with us once we have started processing them. If the order is showing in your account as ‘Pending’ please contact us to see if we are able to assist in your request to cancel.

RETURNS POLICY

  • While we want you to be happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you need to return items. You can return your order or parts of your order for a refund or exchange in line with our returns policy. For more information please visit our returns page.

WEBSITE PRICES

  • By default all prices displayed on our site are in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and include VAT (where applicable) at the standard UK rate of 20%. Purchases made from outside of the UK are VAT free. We offer the ability to pay in selected currencies (£GBP, $USD, $AUD, $CAD, $NZD, €EUR, ¥YEN) – any purchases made in a currency outside of these will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and converted to your currency by your credit/debit card provider. When placing an order, the order will be charged in the currency of the billing address (where available) but if the delivery address is outside the UK, VAT is not included. You may be required to pay local tax upon import into the destination country. To avoid delay please ensure that the billing address and delivery address are correct at time of order.

WEBSITE ACCURACY

  • It is our aim to ensure that all images and descriptions are accurate, however, there may be occasions where these details are incorrect. This is due, in part, to receiving incorrect or limited information from the manufacturers/suppliers. Where weight is stipulated, this is provided by the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee its accuracy. In the instance where we supply a product different to that advertised, we will happily refund or exchange the item for you.

  • We will communicate with you regarding your order and product purchased using the e-mail address you have provided.

    If you create an account or place an order with EP BIKES GROUP you will be signed up to EP BIKES GROUP marketing emails.

    Your e-mail address will be used for our marketing purposes unless you unsubscribe. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time, via the My Account section of EP BIKES GROUP. HOW TO RAISE A COMPLAINT WITH THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM EP BIKES GROUP.

  • We aim to provide exceptional service and product quality, but we recognise that we don’t always get it right. If you would like to raise a complaint with EP BIKES GROUP, please contact our Customer Service team in the first instance. If the Customer Service team are unable to fully resolve your query, you can request for the issue to be raised with a manager, and ultimately the head of the department. In the extremely rare instance where the Customer Service team is not able to resolve your complaint, the matter will be escalated for resolution to a Director of the business, where a final decision will be made. For any issue relating to a Product Return, please refer to the Returns heading above.

OFFERS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The price listed in your basket will always be the final sale price. All prices and descriptions are liable to change without notice. The delivery charge listed in your basket will always be the final delivery charge. Should you forget to apply the discount code in your basket we will not add discounts retrospectively. Promotional Vouchers. Only one voucher can be used against any product; i.e. multiple vouchers may not be used to purchase a single product. Items which have been purchased in part or full with a promotional voucher will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Promotional Vouchers can only be used against the specified product or service.
